The InnovaWood General Assembly held in Brussels 28-29th January 2010

This year InnovaWood General Assembly took place in Brussels on 28th and 29th January. The event offered an exciting and varied programme including the official launch of our new office in Brussels and a UNIQUE VISIT TO THE XYLARIUM COLLECTION at the Royal Museum for Central Africa. The xylarium of this fascinating museum hosts one of the largest wood collections in the world and is seen as a reference collection for tropical wood species.

Many of the results have been alredy used or are close to be implemented by companies and can offer the new possibilities stakeholders are looking for.

NEWSFLASH: Eco-Innovation Deadline Extended

Due to a technical problem with the electronic proposal submission service (EPSS) on the 9th September 2009 applicants may have experienced difficulties submitting their project proposals for the 2009 Eco-Innovation call. In response to this incident the deadline for submissions has now been extended to Tuesday, 15th September 2009, at 17:00 CET.

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a pilot project initiated by the European Union (EU). It aims at helping new entrepreneurs to acquire relevant skills for managing a small or medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) by spending time in a business in another EU country. It contributes to improving their know-how and fosters cross-border transfers of knowledge and experience between entrepreneurs.
