The European Commission is shaping the agenda of Horizon 2020 and is searching for experts from all fields to participate in this work. These experts of the advisory groups will provide high quality and timely advice for the preparation of the Horizon 2020 calls for project proposals.

The invitation to the Woodwisdom-Net research programme seminar that will take place in Munich on 21-22 February 2013.
During this seminar the WoodWisdom-Net+ Joint Call for Proposals 2013 will be launched. You can check the preannouncement of the call already here.

Woodwisdom-Net+ is a follow up on the successful Woodwisdom-Net2 and will include only one single call in 2013 that will be launched at this seminar.
This call will provide a single opportunity to submit your project ideas in 2013. As FP7 is coming to an end this year and Horizon 2020 did not start yet, no much calls for proposals concerning research funding are expected in 2013. If you are interested in this we advise you to not miss this opportunity!

The next workshop will be held in Edinburgh on the 13th and 14th of May 2013. The first call for abstracts to be submitted has already be made.

Abstracts need to be submitted by the 31st of January.

The 8th FTP conference will be held in Barcelona from 11 to 13 March 2013. At this 2-day conference the Forest-based Sector Technology Platform (FTP) will have the opportunity to officially launch its revised Vision 2030 and Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda 2020 (SRA). 
 

The InnovaWood RTDI Division organizes the Creativity Workshop on Societal challenges for the Forest-wood sector. The workshop will take place as part of the three days General Assembly events programme. This event aims to define potential research, development and innovation opportunities created by the grand societal challenges in Europe for the InnovaWood sector.
