InnovaWood invites you to participate in a new InnovaWood initiative that aims to further develop and support the European higher education in wood science and technology.
Initiated by an increasing difficulty to attract sufficient numbers of students to wood science and technology courses and the struggle to maintain sufficient resources to cover a wide range of topics and disciplines, forces are joined to establish a so called InnovaWood Wood Science Module bank.

The 1 st edition of the " Raw Materials Week " gathered a wide range of European and international stakeholders from industry, academia, and government to debate and discuss raw materials policy and initiatives. It took place in Brussels on Monday 28 November to Friday 2 December 2016.

The GenTree project has launched an international survey open to various stakeholders in the forest sector, such as forest managers, forest owners, policymakers, tree breeders, representatives of nurseries, seed harvesting or processing companies and the industry.

The call for abstrasct for the 9th European Conference on Wood Modification – ECWM9 has been open now . The conference will take place on 18-20 September 2017 in Wageningen, The Netherlands. Our member SHR will be the local organizer of the event.
