The Sixth InnovaWood General Assembly was held in Braunschweig, Germany, from 28 – 29 January 2008. The event was hosted by WKI-Fraunhofer Institute, one of the members of the InnovaWood network.
The two-day meeting offered workshops that focused on education, knowledge transfer issues and in particular the opportunities of the forest based sector in FP7. It was an opportunities for the InnovaWood members to discuss the future strategy of the network and participation in common research and development projects.
