The ALLVIEW is the platform for transnational cooperation among Centers of Pfofessional Excellence in the Wood and Furniture Sector. In ALLVEW, 22 partners from 8 countries are working together on a Center of Vocational Excellence for the European Wood and Furniture Industry. The objective is to introduce a European dimension to vocational training for the Wood and Furniture Sector, integrating local centers, connecting them at the European level and contributing to the reformulation and improvement of vocational training. 

ALLVIEW will detect the training needs of the Wood and Furniture Sector, collect and prepare training material in key areas, develop ICT tools for the comprehensive digitalization of the instruction, allow for the mobility of students / workers and teachers between countries, and offer practical training. Plans have also been developed for the design of regional covational training policies involving companies and actors in the field of innovation, training and pucblic institutions.

Results to reach: 

• develop a framework, based on artificial intelligence and machine learning to predict future skill needs and suggest career path planning (WP1)
• develop new curricula for industry 4.0, circular economy, ambient assisted living and corporate social responsibility (WP2, WP4)
• develop new tools and teaching methods using augmented reality and virtual reality and 3D printing (WP3)
• organize a wide range of mobility actions for students and teachers through a European dual learning platform and develop a European Dual Learning Community for the wood and furniture industry (WP5)
• create a Blueprint for collaboration in training and education in the EU wood and furniture sector (WP6)
• assure the quality of the above-mentioned results by implementing the European instruments such as EQF, ECVET, EQAVET and applicable industry standards (WP8)
