• Notification of acceptance June 15, 2009
• Deadline for early registration July 31, 2009
• Deadline for regular registration (including accommodation arrangements*) August 21, 2009
• Deadline for regular registration (excluding accommodation arrangements*) September 11, 2009
• No refunds for cancelled registrations from, social events, hotel deposits from August 21, 2009 **
• Final programme announcement July 31, 2009
• Conference dates September 23-24, 2009
• Full scientific paper submission November 13, 2009, extended to December 15, 2009

 *To be able to guarantee you a hotel room you need to register at the very latest by August 21, 2009. Due to other arrangements going on in the city during the same time period we have not be able to arrange hotel bookings later then this date. However, the regular registration will be still possible until September 7, 2009 but you will need to arrange accommodation booking by your own.
