The original purpose of this objective was to allow Modules to develop 'integrated SIA tools within the Module', to enable Module-specific processes (aggregated to overall ToSIA) or Module-specific indicators to be included in the project. This would serve the overall goals of the project an give Modules also other tasks than data collection for overall ToSIA. There may be potential post-project users for partial ToSIAs, for instance those planning forest policies, transport policies, etc.
