The programme is part of the CAS Wood-Based Panels. It consists of an e-learning course and an intensive training course in Switzerland, aiming to give a short overview of the topics and to provide some foreknowledge for the participants that are not intensively working in specific fields of study. The e-learning course starts in December 2017, followed up by the intensive training week that takes place in Biel, in January 2018.

A summer reception was held at the European Forestry House to mark its 10-year anniversary. Over the past decade, the European Forestry House has opened its doors to a wide variety of events, providing a platform for continuous exchanges of relevant ideas, know-how and information on forest-related issues. The organizations of the house have successfully increased the profile and perception of the forest and forest-based sector and have turned the house into an acknowledged center of competence for an ever-increasing number of forestry issues.

InnovaWood announce next SSP (InnovaWood Special Service Package) event - “Interactive workshop on European project development”. The workshop will take place on 18-19th May 2017 at the University of Primorska in Koper, Slovenia.
