REGISTRATION
The registration process for the Final EFORWOOD conference “SHAPE YOUR SUSTAINABILITY TOOLS – and let your tools shape you” is now open.
Note. All EFORWOOD partners (including authors of papers) are kindly asked to register using the registration link on the EFORWOOD week Uppsala page. (Partners only > Project meetings >EFORWOOD Uppsala).

The registration fee includes the following:
- Lunches and coffees on Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 September.
- Conference dinner on Wednesday 23 September
- Guided tour by foot on Tuesday 22 September
- Arranged transportation to and from the hotels (specified by the conference organiser) that are located outside of the city centre. Transportation will be arranged to the conference venue in the morning 23 and 24 September and back to the hotel after the conference dinner 23 September.
- Book of abstracts
All other meals, transports and travels need to be arranged and paid for by the participants themselves.
Please note that the fee for accommodation is not included in the confrence registration fee.
In case you indicate in the registration that you wish arranged accommodation , the organizer will charge you for the accommodation together with the conference fee.
PAYMENT METHODS
Please be aware that the following payment methods are accepted:
Visa/MasterCard, Bank transfer.
Visa or Mastercard: Please download the separate document for credit card payments and fax it to 46 (0)18 18 86 00. This document will also be available to download when you register. Please note that there are no extra fees for credit card payments.
Bank transfer: An invoice will be sent to you as soon as we have received your registration. Please note that you will need to pay a bank fee of 30 SEK (approx. € 3) when you choose to pay by invoice.
Please note, during the month of July invoices and credit card payments may be delayed due to holidays. Registrations will be administrated in the order they arrive as soon as the holidays are over.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Ms Inger Petre (firstname.lastname@skogforsk.se).
Cancellations will be free of charge until August 21, 2009. If you need to cancel your participation later than August 21, 25 percent of the total cost, including registration fee and fee for accommodation, may be refunded. If you do not cancel your participation before the event no refunds are possible.
Name change: Should you be prevented from attending you can be substituted by a colleague without any additional costs. Please inform Ms Inger Petre about the name change as soon as possible (firstname.lastname@skogforsk.se).
